Concrete slab for front porch and back entry

I want to improve the entrances to my house, both for accessibility and to make them more attractive (particularly the front porch). For the front porch, I need: 1. My interim timber step removed (was put in place by my builder after earthquake repairs and is not the right size). 2. Lay a concrete slab ready for tiling (1.72m x 1.3-1.4m). See attached image for the plan from my architect on what's required. For the back porch, I need: 1. A concrete slab laid and railing installed, as per the plan from my architect.
