Painting concrete balcony floor

We have a balcony over our garage which is concrete tray deck construction. The existing coating is wearing out and the concrete is cracked. We need to repair the cracks and apply new coating. Would be open to different options or ideas on surface finishes. Total area is approx 42m2. I can arrange to have the cracks repaired by others if required.
