Stamped coloured concrete patio repairs and repaint

The stamped coloured(brown) concrete patio has discolouration and black marks which I think is the underneath concrete being exposed because surface paint is gone. Would like to have it repainted. Previous owners had patio done about 15 years ago. There are a few small cracks in patio so unsure if they need repair.
