cutting fence column

I have a brick veneer concrete filled fence pillar that needs to be cut flush with the foundation. 350mm x 350mm x 1700mm high. It sits right next to a brick wall. Probably needs to be cut at least in 2 to 3 pieces to be able to lift to remove. I can dump. but also get a price to remove it off site. Thanks
