concrete steps

I want to install new steps alongside an existing concrete deck. Two steps; the rise would be about 15cm, tread 65cm, width 120cm for the top one and 100 cm for the lower ie the top one would abut the house foundation but the lower one would leave a small garden bed between it and the house. The stormwater standpipe would have to be extended upwards to clear the new step. Finish to match the existing, including the roughcast-style plastering if possible.
