Open up driveway angle

Angle of entry into carport currently requires an almost 90 degree turn from steep decline: I want to soften the angle required by taking the corner off. Will require demolition of about a metre of low wall, filling, rebuild metre of wall, and surfacing (I'm assuming). Hard to describe, please see marked up photos. The yellow line indicates (roughly) the new angle.
