Patio

We require an old damaged brick patio to be replaced with something nicer, open to options, but will be mainly governed by price. We also want to install a shed on part of it, so probably concrete of some kind. Approx 30-40m2 including a pathway and second separate landing on the other side of the house. Would also like a price for asphalt parking area/driveway, approx 100m2, and will get that done too if within budget.
