Minor Concrete repairs on exterior

Work must be completed by 23 Feb as house is going on the market. Have minor concrete repairs needed for the following: 1) Repairs to a roughcast surface on the upstairs exterior - it is water proof - just looks ugly - we will paint after. 2) Epoxy repair to a brick window sill (may not need epoxy, but seeking your advice) 3) Hair line crack on fireplace surround - we will paint after. See photos attached.
