Cement Flooring in Garage

I'm renovating my garage and am needing to raise the floor level as there is currently a gap between the exisiting concrete slab and the garage. It is slightly raised up on piles. I need a new floor to come above the piles (approx 50mm - 75mm). Ideally I wouldn't have to rip up the existing slab, just add on top of it. The current slab does have some small areas that are damaged or not flat.
