Cut channels in concrete floor for services

We are renovating an ensuite with a concrete floor. The new layout will require some concrete to be cut to enable waste etc to match up with existing infrastructure. Plan shows approximate cuts (red lines), but these will be be determined correctly once existing has been removed and the plumber has given guidance on laying he wants to do. Time frame will be within one to two weeks (demolition commencing 23 May).
