Remove dried concrete patches from exposed aggregate

12 Months ago some DIY paving was done down the side of our house. Unknowingly some drymix concrete dust was sprinkled over two patches of our exposed aggregate living area nearby and wasn't swept away prior to a following rainfall and has since hardened. We would like a cost of removal and repair as the light coloured concrete against the dark aggregate is becoming a bit of an eye sore. Please see images for more details.
