Replace Aggregate Driveway and Path

Please quote if you are able to undertake this work, to a high standard, at the start of 2014. Our driveway and path were broken up by the earthquakes and we now have the go from the insurers to remove and replace them. Please quote (1) To remove and dispose of damaged concrete driveway 57m2 and path 7m2. and (2) To supply and place Aggregate concrete "including all edgeforms saw cutting and the like" for those areas. The assessor quoted the strength as "unreinforced 20 Mpa".
