concrete sealer removal

Hi, we have an area about 90 sqm2 where it had Avista concrete sealer (with tinted colour applied) and not happy with the appearnce and ongoing quality, we wish to remove the remaining sealer so we can apply paving paint to the area which will be easier to maintain in the future, so wanted a light concrete grind to remove the sealer. no hurry as such, if could be done by about end of January 2020
