Workshop floor slab

I need a concrete slab for a workshop. There’s an existing slab in place that will be removed, and the new one will replace it, covering the footprint of the existing slab, and extending forward to cover the footprint of the small slab containing the bins. The slab needs to provide a drain along the bottom of the retaining wall and will butt against the house slab, around the existing storm water drains to provide footing for the gas bottles and water pump. Size: L shape. Approximately 9x8m with a 1.5 x 2 m extension where the bins are. Viewing: I will be on-site from 30th Nov to meet for viewing. Timeframe: The slab needs to be completed by February 28th. Work can begin right away. Consents: The slab needs to be consented, and to provide a suitable foundation for the proposed workshop.
