Concrete Footpath

Would like to cover an area at the back of the house with concrete, measurements and current condition in the picture. The whole area covered with base course and yellow stones. I would remove the stuff on top of it and the yellow stones myself. It would likely need more base course and compacting before pouring the concrete. May not necessarily need mesh as it is for footpath only. Also, other areas of footpath need a thin layer of concrete to refresh it if possible.
