-Removal/replacement of some plasterboard linings to access the outside wall. -A sum to remediate the concrete in this area -Refix the wall in place, which will in turn ,put the door back in its place. -Replace the door architrave. -Refit the door hardware to fit locks -Paint walls, door and architraves.
