Small area of concrete beside a path

We want concrete laid between the existing path and the fence on one side and the building on the other. ( See photo.) This is to create a small patio area outside the door of a flat. The area between the path and fence is approximately 3500 x 2000 and between the path and house, 2800 x 600. Unfortunately this is a back flat that can only be accessed by the pathway and so you can't get a concrete truck in there. The distance to the closest point for a concrete truck is about 30 paces.
