New concrete paving

We have some concrete paving that needs to be laid. We will remove the existing concrete and dump before the job starts. The total square meters we would like renewed is 14 Sqm. We also have approx 3-4 squares of hot mix that needs to be fixed adjacent to the concrete. There might be a need for some excavating and levelling as the weather and earthquake liquefaction has caused the surface to be uneven in the area that needs attention.
