Concrete patio repair

Concrete patio (approx 10m x 1500mm wide x 450 mm deep) has some cracking. In part it is just surface cracking but on one half of the patio it looks like the patio is settling (and the bottom is breaking away from the top). We'd want the structural cracking fixed and perhaps a skim coat or something to make a reasonably even finish across patio. Don't want to spend too much but keen to prevent future damage if not too expensive. Could potentially go above approx budget below.
