drainage problem help!!

hello! thanks for considering my job. so i have a paved back yard area where my three boxers do their business. i clean and powerwash it but the problem for me is the water doesnt drain because the drain is at the higher point. i dont know the best way to fix this but it makes it difficult to clean. so am up for solutions, ideas and estimates please.
