concrete slab for spa pool

looking for someone to frame up and pour a concrete slab for a spa pool. Needs to be level and a good finish, particularly at the edges which are most visible! Area will be prepared with AP20. Size of slab to be approx --- . Prefer materials to be supplied for framing and concrete but I can source if needed. Access from driveway to slab is about 20m across a flat lawn. Can be a mid week or weekend job
