Minor Work to Ring Foundation

Hi. I am looking for a quote for work to the ring foundation of a residential property. The work was completed by EQC and signed off but it appears that the ring foundation at the rear of the house has not been done. I am in the process of selling the property and the work is making buyers nervous so urgently needs to be completed. My agent has the EQC scope of works and you are welcome to visit the property at a time that suits you. Please be aware that this is urgent and I need the work to be completed as soon as possible.
