Concrete step, paving, relaying lawn.

I need someone to lay a small concrete step outside some double doors on a sleep out. Approx 2.5 x 1m plus construct a path from concrete pavers across the lawn to link up to an existing path. Approx 4 -5 m long and 2 large square pavers wide. The lawn area surrounding the step and path is flat but has several uneven areas where water pools in winter. I need ? a trailer load of topsoil bought in to even out the lawn and for it to be sown in grass seed. Approx 10 x 4 m. The area is flat and easily accessible although a wheel barrow would be required. I live in Auckland but will be in ChCh Thurs the 17th and 18th of May and would like the work done then weather allowing.
