Rear courtyard paving

Objective is to drop the level of our rear courtyard by approximately 150mm and set to falls away from existing garage, so as to prevent Stormwater building up and to ensure paving complies with legislation vis-a-vis levels relative to internal floor. Remove existing concrete paving tiles and stack. Cutback substrate and lower entire area by approx 150mm and set to falls away from rear wall of existing garage. Install stormwater drain sump and run drain to connect into existing stormwater drains. Compact and relay suitable substrate. Re-lay existing tiles back
