Concrete path replaced

I need an area of about 2m square which is cracked , removed and replaced with exposed ag finish to match drive and existing paths. A piece of drive has cracked off by garage door /garden area which needs sticking back in too.The house is tenanted so will pass on contacts of property manager. Also about 2m of grey grouting premixed is fine, to be applied inside to polished concrete floor where it has come out. $20 tub from Bunnings.
