Hello, I just moved and my detached garage which is approx 20square meters requires cosmetic repairs in the concrete slab for EQC signoff. It appears to have been paved over by previous owners at the time of the earthquakes however they have never signed it off. It may need to be ripped up and replaced if not up to scratch. Require a quote asap as Insurance have requested signoff by end of the month.
