Concrete pad for under clothes line

I need a plain concrete pad between my house and fence under my clothes line....area is approx 23 square m. I'd like a conduit run under it so I can thred an irrigation system under it at a later date. Area is at the back of the section so access is by hand (barrow) Also looking to have a small pad of approx 5 square m along another side of the house to put the dog kennel on. Again access is by hand.
