20sqm concrete pad foundation for garage extension to consented spec

We require a concrete foundation for a 5.9m * 3.3m garage extension (~ 20sqm) poured to consented specifications with starter bars ready for blockwork. See images attached showing 1) exact extension dimensions and note saw cut joint 2) detail D34 showing connection requirements to connect into existing concrete pad 3) hand drawn foundation detail showing: - 900mm deep excavation of 300mm around permiter to reach good ground - 2 pours required - one unreinforced trench fill from 900mm to 500mm deep, then reinforced 100mm slab across full 20sqm along with the remainder of the foundation ring - other technical detail around fill, AP40 etc. Quote should include reinforcing bars as shown. Note that the driveway surrounding this pad is to be redone following the work, so remediation is not required. This foundation is required as soon as possible so as not to hold up the driveway work.
