Hi, I need a rough estimate of the costs to get the following done please. Ballpark +/- $5k is fine at this point. Slab crack ~5mm wide 6m long full depth of foundation. Levelling - max displacement 56mm (total footprint of house 200m2) New driveway (~22m2) Thank you! Other work on the same property: Plumbing: 2 x new mid range bathrooms Roofing/builder: Roof Ridge joist stabilisation (bolts/small brace) Painter: complete redecoration Carpet fitter: relay carpet post levelling Joiner: 4x new colour matched kitchen cupboard doors plus repair to or new 4" length of curved rimu trim to counter top.
