Grinding a Concrete Floor

We have a 18m2 floor that has been poured too high and has a hump in the middle. We need to grind out approx. 30mm in the worst spots, Our builder will be on hand with a zip level to check the heights as its grinded so you will be guided as to what needs to be grinded and wont be left alone to figure it out. Concrete needs grinding down, so new carpet can be put over top Catch: Job needs to be done this Thursday or Friday as the concrete placer who did the job for us has left it to the last minute. Please only respond if your prices are reasonable and you can do this on Thursday or Friday. Thanks
