I am after a price for the leveling of our 1975 ex state house with concrete piles wood bearers etc in christchurch.Approx 6 piles, maybe a couple more have raised between 10 and 20 mm also there is a bounce in a small area in the hall. There is a small crawl space but it was enough for insulation to be done a few years ago.i haven't yet gone under to take a look but noticed one pile on a small angle causing the bearer to rise a small amount. there is no damage to the ring foundation.
