we would like to get a hole cut in our front concrete block fence to put in a pedestrian gate

Do not touch this guy with a barge pole. The concrete he laid was crooked- the hole he cut in our fence was too wide and the gate latch he put on was extremely basic We gave gary numerous opportunities to remedy his work - he failed to turn up when promised to and did not fix the work! He left rubbish and concrete on our property- a complete cowboy- beware!! Also asked for $$ before he had even started the job- and demanded the rest as soon as he finished- all in cash- dodgy as!!
