Concrete base needed

I have a damaged 6m high 80mm wide pole, being used to hold up two flood lights i need to have replaced asap, it was hit by a car. I have a replacement pole (with square base and 4 x bolt holes) and a sparky to wire it up, i need someone to make the concrete base with the four bolts, ready to bolt the new pole onto. I can prepare the site to whatever specs you need. Attached photos of orignal pole, this has now broken at the base.
