resurface my decks

I have 2 decks that need timber replaced. Lower ground deck, approx 2 m above ground, is 35 square m. Ground floor deck, above lower one, is 55 square m. Existing timber surface needs completely renewing. I don't know if joists or posts are ok, or if some might need replacing. Existing deck rail is mostly ok, but I'd like to take opportunity to replace it with something more modern/streamlined. Probably use kwila, but open to builder advice. Would like job done soon and certainly before summer as I'm a bit concerned about the safety of current deck in places.

Excellent communications. Very prompt response and quote. The job was put on hold for a few weeks by me. Resumed with Dylan in New Year, with job completed in 5 weeks - mid-March (2023). Rated 4 rather than 5 for workmanship as good deck building hardly involves "craftmanship". I am very happy with the result. Dylan and Grant were very pleasant to have around my home.
