Ceiling repairs after flood - insurance

Assessment for ceiling repairs under insurance (bottom flat with burst pipe). Flooding affected ceiling in bathroom and kitchen affected, possibly shower. Area ~9m2 - damage shown in photographs attached. Following this insurance repair I'm also interested in renovating bathroom and kitchen - small area (~10m2) with replacement hwc, shower, vanity and new kitchen (bench, sink, plumbing for dishwasher and washing machine) which may be able to follow on directly
