I have 4 windows and an outside 'French' door that are rotting at the bottom of each. I heard that there are builders who specialise in repairing windows.

Jeff blotted his copy book on the very first day. He arranged to be at my house to begin the job at 8.30am. Nearly an hour later I phoned and he had been called away. I wouldn't have minded AT ALL if he had just contacted me. It seemed to me that he had my deposit (50% of the job) and no longer cared. He was very apologetic and contacted me regularly after I had given him a blast that first day.
