My back gate is wooden. It may be just a repair, or it may need new gate building. I would also like a quote to have a door built in back porch forming a lobby area. The floor will need bringing up to same level too. There is also a little window in the toilet that is just slats of glass. Would like a proper window, or extraction fan put in before winter.

Hi, Looking for someone to plumb in our new wall hung vanity. I've cut a hole in the floor of our bathroom for a small plumber to get in. Shouldn't be a major job. Drain pipes and water connection pipes are about 2m away from where we want it to go. Looking for it to get plumbed in asap. Newly gibbed bathroom so if we need to do some wall work it is what it is.

Benchtop replacement

Custom shaped benchtop replacement. As per quick drawing below its an odd shape that fits into bay window. Will need to measure accurately and quote as each part is different dimensions. Gas hob and sink holes will be required and installation is preferable as well as removal of old bench however can do myself if all fittings etc are provided. Taps are wall mounted so sink is just drain plug to be reconnected, and gas hob has one pipe with easy access. Not fussed on type of bench.

I have a granite benchtop that needs installing. It will require some trimming to fit. Maximum amount it will need trimming is 10mm off the end of a 610 wide top. One sing to be under-mounted and 2 holes to drill for tap and waste air switch.
