Alistair was exceptional to work with. He communicated often and kept us informed of the options he suggested, which in the end saved us money and meant we kept the original door. We appreciate the honesty and professionalism to suggest alternatives when we would have been none the wiser if he didn’t. He is clearly very good at his trade, the workmanship was to a high standard and the price was very fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him.

Cat door in wall

Benji did a good job. however a few weeks have past and it is not complete. i did say I was not in a huge hurry, however, he did not turn up on the agreed day and I have since not heard from him. The job just needs a small amount of plastering to finish and does not affect how the cat door works. Might I suggest Benji to not take on so much work or to get a diary to write your jobs in so you can refer to it and not forget future customers. Other than that, I am happy with the job. :-).

Jono's workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. We wanted to paint the Pergola before the roof was fitted . Jono was happy to accommodate our needs. We love the fixed price guarantee.

Very quick at responding and starting the job. The craftsmanship was good, but there were some split pieces of wood. Didn't create exactly what we had asked for to begin with, so ended up having to come back the next day to finish it which resulted in us spending more money because they hadn't factored in this amount of wood. Also didn't remove a piece of wood as instructed. End product suited what we needed.

Quick to assess the situation and discuss with me on the now needed and future options. Worked very quickly with his team worker on a Saturday. The metal carport came down a lot quicker than I thought and he thought it would and I also got a reduction in the cost, which was so helpful and needed at this time. Certainly will be contacting Jono again for other work
