The hardie tex has been on for over 15 years and we want to change it to weatherboard, both on a cavity so this work easily fits within the schedule 1 exemption. It's only above our front door. The lenght at its longest is 3.6m. And I'm happy to fill and paint so this work us only removing the old and replacing
