We are wanting a quote to have an outside deck installed. The size is approx. 18 metres squared. We also would like a separate quote to have either French Doors or Bi Fold doors installed in our kitchen, which will lead out to our new deck. (We currently just have wooden framed windows. We would like to add a third bedroom (double bedroom) to our 2 bedroom house. House is brick and tile, but addition may simply be linea or similar, not necessarily brick. Bedroom to be accessed from existing external door next to kitchen, and kitchen wall extended about 1.5 metres with a new external door added on the side. Total space added approx 20 squares.

Damaged block fence

The block wall shown has several cracks over two piers - approx 7m in length. There are several loose blocks as well as cracks following motar lines from the top to the base. As this is additional damage from an after shock, EQC will not revisit and only require a quote before work can commence. I have indicated the visable cracks with the pink paint to give an idea of the extent of the work required.

I have a chimney that runs through the middle of my house, yesterday I was up on the roof and discovered that the chimney rocks back and forth. It seems to be completely snapped below the roof line. My roof is a tray/flat roof, with close (2 steps) to the driveway. Kitchen bench replacement and repair internal wall

There was water damage from an internal wall hot water pipe after the original eathquake which was then repaired in October. Job required: To remove kitchen bench (with sink), replace internal wall behind the unit (which may have been water damaged), paint wall and provide a budget splash back. Replace kitchen bench and use exisiting new sink mixer. If possible also co-ordinate and organise a plumber in regards to shutting off and then re-attaching water to mixer once reinstalled.
