Turn deck into a room

Replacement of carport rafter ends

Replace exposed rafter ends on carport. Ends have rotted/ degraded. These are not weight bearing and need to be cut out and a new end inserted for cosmetic purposes. Approximately 14 ends ( front and rear of carport). One was done a few years ago ( see photos). Most of others need to be replaced.

Complete walk in wardrobe under the stairs.

The entry is an odd size, so this would be a semi walk in wardrobe. I would like the door to be flush with the bedroom wall and as inconspicuous as possible. It would use kitchen cabinet hinges.
