Development of 2 kitset homes

Hi, I need someone to assist with a development project. It involves placing 2 kit set homes on a titled section - lot 1. All services are in place eg storm water, sewer, water, power, and internet for both dwellings. there has been a lot of consultation with council of the site requirements are well understood. the system only seems to accept photos I have attached a photo of the surveyors plan. happy to answer questions

Design and Renovate Bathroom/s

We are wanting to get a quote for the design and renovation of our upstairs bathroom, the stand alone toilet next to it, the funny basin area, and the smaller downstairs bathroom. We do not have a lot of vision so would be wanting this to come mainly from you. We also would like the fixtures to be suggested or provided, rather than us needing to go out to find these ourselves. The top main bathroom will likely need relining with aqua gib or similar.
