Plans for a home renovation

We need some accurate plans drawn that our builder can work from for our upcoming renovation, and which can be used to support council building approval. We want to remove a section of supporting wall and install a beam, change the size of the master bedroom and living room to make space for an ensuite bathroom, and put up some interior walls to create a new study and bedroom. We have a very clear idea of what we want, but that said we would like a draughtsman or architect to share their opinion to make sure we aren't making amateur errors and that our plans are likely to pass council approval. The house is single level and 130 metres. The renovation applies to about half of the home, including kitchen, master bedroom, living area, dining area and two new bedrooms/study. Most of the changes are shifting/building internal walls that are not load bearing. However there is one internal wall that is load bearing that we would like to remove, and so a beam or other support will be required with news piles as necessary. A new ensuite bathroom will also need to go through council approval. So the plans need to be in line with what the council will approve. I've made some very inaccurate sketchup drawings of what we want. I can't seem to include them
