He was late arriving due to traffic, but he communicated this to me via phone call and text. Once I decided to go ahead with the job, he got back to me straight away and he was able to come do the job a couple of days later. Amit communicated when he said he would and he responded very promptly The guys came in and got the job done in the time they said it would.
