Hi, looking for tradeperson who knows how to fix this issue with my rinnai infinity hot water system error code 12. I have new gas bottles so it’s not because of that. It works fine if i turn hot water on slowly but error code 12 appear when i turn it on fully which we all do at shower. Any qualified rinnai servicing person available?

Putty on windows needed? #2
