Putty on windows needed? #2

We think the windows at the front of our house needs the putty redone, or silicone applied. In strong wind and rain, we noticed water seeping in from the edges. The windows are white so if there is a putty/silicone that can be applied without further work or painting, it will be great. Photos attached. Please quote. Thanks
