Please help - Jack of all trades needed

Looking for a jack of all trades (if possible). Here's the list for the job. 1. Waste disposal doesnt dispose - power cut caused this to malfunction. 2. Bathroom door knob fitted incorrectly 3. Shower door has broken off (made need new rollers to be fitted back on) or get a new shower door. 4. Handrail isnt steady 5. Random holes in the wall 6. Carpet burnt in 1 area 7. Window not shutting 8. Bathroom sink leaking 9. Garage door not shutting without manually pushing the button enough to close it.
