Foundations and floor work

Help! All the terrible rain has oozed through the downstairs back wall of my house and has come up through the floor on one side. I think the floorboards need lifting, some foundations dug out and drainage put in. It’s two rooms in opposite corners of the downstairs, one of which also needs fully refining because damn I found some horrors.

Double glazed window repair.

My partner and I are due to move out of our rental on Tuesday and unfortunately and very unluckily just cracked a window and are hoping to see how much it would cost to repair and how quickly it could be done too ideally in the next day or two. Floor sanding and finish for 3 bedroom house

Security Sensor lights and extra garage lights to be installed please

An external security sensor light installed above garage and an internal light switch. Replace a fixed outdoor light with a external security sensor light. Disconnect current roof spotlights x2 in garage and replace with owner supplied LED recess lights x2 in garage. Install & connect owner supplied halogen recess lights x2 in garage. Hide a backyard water tank with trellis

We have a small backyard, new build type back yard and want to hide the watertank, with perhaps trellis or paneling. Build a small patio, (width is narrow) that we can put a couple of chairs onto. This would be built out from existing deck to the back fence plants, perhaps 2 metres max. Couple of railway sleepers or similar and pavers or stones. Ideally someone who isn't too busy so we can get this done by Christmas

Outdoor fencing of property - includes replacing old fence in part of the property, and putting in new fence around the courtyard (where there isn't one currently). Part of the new fence will be across an (unused) driveway, so will involve breaking up the concrete to do that. Not sure how long, possibly around 100 metres.

20m trench needs finishing
