Id like to remove the walls shown in the picture to create a open plan kitchen dining room space, I understand the walls may not be able to be removed and subject to permits. Need someone who can have a look and suggest a great way of doing it. The room on the right has a lower floor so will need raising. I will have access to the house from the 19th august and the estate agent will provide access, i will be moving in on the 1st september and work will be able to commence afer that.

We have 18m2 of vinyl we would like to replace with new vinyl (including removal of the old vinyl). The toilet, laundry and one bathroom are simple. The kitchen has a couple of cut-ins for the dishwasher, oven, fridge and pantry. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. We'll be doing the skirting boards in the toilet, bathrooms, and laundry ourselves afterwards. The kitchen already has skirting boards.

4 things need doing on the roof: need a cap flashing for about 10m on top of a concrete retaining wall butunol lining in an old copper gutter. about 10m in length need a clear sheet to cover a gap in the roof to act like a skylight about 3m by 1.5m Screwing and gluing new screws into an old tin roof
