New Kitchen

. I want all new kitchen joinery and a bench top (and the old joinery removed). I want the walls painted and the floors tiled. . I would also like to put in new applicances, stove oven rangehood . I'll need an electrician to install new lighting and plugs. I want to put in a new sink and dishwasher, so there will be some plumbing too. Attached is a rough plan showing measurements, ideally i would like the door removed and walled and the sink moved to the other side I will have access to the house from the 19th august and the estate agent will provide access, i will be moving in on the 1st september and work will be able to commence afer that.
